Lucille Roberts Gym is rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Rip-off! Massapequa New York
It is unbelieveable how unwilling these people are to tell what the rates are for a membership. I haven't even had the chance to join the gym yet and each person I spoke with was a b---ch. They refused to give you any info over the phone, even if you didnt' have time to go in. Then after 20 minutes of begging for someone to make a simple phone call... they told me a rep would call.
When the rep called me 2 hours later!... Suzy... she was rude. she would only answer one or two questions and then insisted that i HAD TO come in. I was "LUCKY" that she answered the questions that she did and then practically hung up on me. how rude! she practically forced me to come in instead of giving simple information over the phone.
it's obvious they're just trying to force gimmicks on you by getting you to come in to the gym and then roping you into something you didn't ask for.
i don't even want to join now!!
