Luft Trailers Sold me a new Charmac, Keith Curtis edition, snowmobile trailer that is falling apart after using for 1 year. They told me that this is normal and that all manufacturers and vehicles fail after 1 year! They failed to disclose this information to me prior to my purchase. Ellensburg Washington
Luft Trailer Sales in Ellensburg, Washington sold me a new 2017 Charmac, Keith Curtis snowmobile trailer last year that is falling apart after 1 year of use. The response from Luft "all trailers and vehicles will fail after 1 year of use". I disagree.
