Lumanelle Deceitful Business Practice! Paying $4,95 shipping for free sample is only free for 14 days, then $89.95 is charged to the credit card you used, and again within another 2 weeks. Savannah Georgia
DO NOT sign up to receive a free sample of Lumanelle! It's a scam. I saw it their promotions on FB where they say they were endorsed by Dr. Oz and used by several celebrities, however there's nothing on Dr. Oz's website. If you sign up for a free sample and pay $4.95 for shipping, 14 days later you're billed $79.95, and then within another 14 days your sent and billed f...or another. All of this take place within one billing cycle so they're hoping you won't notice and cancel. Ya . . .I fell for it and when I called to talk to them they say it's in the fine print. Then when I asked to talk to a supervisor, I was offered 25% off the 2nd shipment. When I said I'd hold for the supervisor, she offered me her "employee discount" of 50%. I held out and she gave me a full refund on the 2nd shipment with a RMA number but refused to let me speak with her supervisor and said I would get a return call within 24 - 48 hours. I let her know that I will let everyone know how deceitful their business practices are . . . every waking moment until I get my money back. Which sounds like it'll be a while.
