LumidairSkinCream-LumidaireEyeSerum Suppose to be one time shippment and only cost was for shipping. Did recieve product, but did not want more. A month later I recieved another shipment. When I tried to contact them to say I was sending product back with it even being opened I could nod find anyone to call or text to. I want them to stop sending and stop billing me for this product. I need help. Costa Mesa California
This was suppose to be a one time only trial offer, and it only cost for shipping. I have recieved another shipment, I did not ask for.
I tried to contact Lumidaire to tell them I was sending the package back to them (unopened), and to credit my credit card from the return. I could not find a telephone number or someone to text with to get instructions on how to return the package.
I need help, I do not want to continue to be billed for this product.
