Brad Taylor has really done the right thing and I want EVERYONE to know how much I appreciate his efforts. We have worked out a solution and I really want everyone to know that Brad followed trhough and he and Luxury Motors should be commended. I should have a final resolution by this Wednesday and will update this page again at that time.

I tried to reach Brad several times today as did the dealership Service Director where my car currently is located. Despite Brad assuring me he would follow through to resolve the sludge problem and other issues with my car he did not return any calls today. Neither did his assciate Mark who promised that either he or Brad would return my call. I am hoping not to have to retract my first Update where Brad guaranteed me he would follow up on my car directly with the dealership and take care of everything that needed to be done on the car. I am very disappointed so far with the follow up I have received after being assured this would be resolved. I will continue to document this both for legal purposes and so that any consumer even thinking about buying a car from Luxury Motors/Bentley in Downers Grove or any other dealership owned by Joe (I will provide a full list if needed in further updates) knows what to expect. The ball is Brad's court but his refusal to return multiple calls today is not the type of lack of professionalism I expected.

I received a call from the dealership General Manager, Brad Taylor, and he is willing to work on a solution for my problem. I feel confident he will help reslove the Sludge issue with the car purchased from his dealership. Please know that if this happens I fully take back what I said about Brad and the dealership.
