We where moving from a different state, both have 800 credit score with little debts. We applied for loan with him, he code us a very good rate. Few days later we send him an accepted offer with understanding that he will lock the rate. A week later he informed us that he did not lock the rate in time and now rate is higher, which will cost us $857.00 more each year. Okay, we did not get too angry at this point.

Two weeks past, we are week before closing, Brandon Ehrlich called us saying that he made a mistake counting my wife income (at the moment when she has no job because of our move) and we have to re-apply for a new loan with even more higher rate, in addition we have to borrow money somewhere and pay off one of our car to qualify.

We had a $10,000 of earnest money that we would loose if not close and no place to move, that put us in very stressful situation. We learned that he does not do any work himself, but let his assistants handle all. He misled us and mistreat us. We end up getting loan from him which cost us a lot more than we could get from other lender, we would never recommend him or do business with him. We had very bad experience.
