I love the MG in the Cleveland. When we went there, i ordered a 'something Alfredo' ( i can't say i remember exactly what it was, but it was great). They Screwed up the order and brought me the child-portion. here's the funny part, it was HUGE and was half the price of the adult version. Needless to say, i was quite happy. Our server was great and even gave us, gave us mind you, a free glass of wine because we'd waited about 25 mins for our meal to arrive. They blow away to competition here in Cleveland. If i'd had a complaint, they probably wouldn't have charged us for anything.

I agree with this employee. I am a former employee of Mac. Grill and the managers where I worked just didn't put up with waiters who offered bad service. Mac Grill is the best resturant I ever worked for and I was in the bisiness for 6 years, working at 3 different resturants during that time. I agree that you should call corporate and they will take care of you. Brinker is BIG on customer service and making every customer happy.

First off, I am terribly sorry to hear of your problem. I, however AM a employee of Brinker Intl, and a server at Macaroni Grill. The service you recieved is terrible, and this fella should be fired. To be honest, if allegations are true, if you contacted Corporate not only would you be reimbursed with everything, but your waiter would most likely be fired or suspended. I know that if I ever did anything like this, i would have been done waiting tables the minute after you should have spoken to my manager. I hope you do contact the company and try us out again- I promise, your experience should be much different and MUCH better.
