Magic Jack Magic Jack Cuts service and keeps your money! Internet, Nationwide
We have a 2 year old. One day, (this only happened once) he finds a phone and randomly punches buttons. As a result, Magic Jack abruptly cancelled our service and kept the money we had just paid for a 5 year service contract. They claim he dialed 100 telephone numbers. But that not correct. He dialed one long number, no flash or hanging up in the middle, not even a '1' in the data they provided. THEY divided up the one long number into sets of 10 digits and decided they were separate telephone numbers, not our 2 year old who was entering one long number. None of the sets of 10 they provided that I checked were even real telephone numbers.
Magic Jack violated their own terms of service by cancelling our account and keeping our money.
