First off, James Seger was not an employee of our company. He selected that option but was and is a client of ours. I will have to say that almost every single thing mentioned in Mr. Seger's last posting is untrue. We did anything and everything to take care of Mr. Seger and all of his needs. The fact is we put up his website as promised, he gave it two days to have success, he put out $50 for marketing, and decided to throw in the towel on the business. Those are the facts. By the way, Josh Lee never left a voicemail saying he would help with marketing. He stated he would like to speak with Mr. Seger to resolve any concerns he has. Mr. Seger did not pick up as expected. Yes, we tried to call him directly and he did not pick up. Hope you guys have a great night.

I Changed my credit card number after 5 months of unanswered phone calls and emails. They ONLY put up the website when I asked for a refund. You see, Because of the 30 day rule, they would have no choice but to issue a refund, so they put up a website. When I was told it was up, I Faxed my new card number, and email (and have a copy still) I also have a copy of my bank statement showing that Mahibay had the money 2 days before they disconnected me. If anyone in here believes that these guys will tell you the truth, then go ahead and send your money and see what happens. I was sold this website WITH COACHING. Now- they are not a marketing company. I have two other websites that do make money. I don't need marketing help and never asked for it. What I asked were questions about the control panel, and if they could put my adsense code in it. You will not have any code access with their websites. You also have no mail account, auto responders- NOTHING. $50 per month in hosting. The host I use charges me $150 every 2 years, with unlimited bandwidth, 2500 email accounts, auto-responders,and forwarders + they have back up diesel generators so my website will never go down short of nuclear war. After I turned off my Mahibay website, I received a voicemail from Josh asking if he could help with marketing. WELL, if he had checked a whole week of emails BEFORE I cancelled--he would see what I asked. I asked about the cPanelX (which you have absolutely no control over) For $2500+$50per month. All I ever asked for was communication, but after 5 months of nothing... Who would not think they were ripped off. As far as being connected to suppliers- look at some of the websites the other unhappy guy left in here before me. When you are done checking them out, sign up for a FREE Commission Junction account, and check out the deals you get as an affiliate with the exact same stores on a Mahibay website. You will see that I am not a liar. You can go into Commission Junction and build a Mahibay website with YOUR affiliate codes FOR FREE. AND it will not take even an inexperienced person 5 months to do it. For any experienced programmer...you know what I mean. For the inexperienced programmer I'll expain. You have several hundred websites that are all exactly the same-in order to create a new one-you just copy the one you have already built, put a different name on it and sell it to someone else. It takes 10 minutes. Mahibay will take your money and hope that you are too ashamed to admit being scammed, or forget about it 5 months later. NOT ME. I am not ashamed to expose a theif or liar. In fact, it's my new internet business. Now, I work with law enforcment to track these criminals with special software my father developed. Doba has the worst prices of any dropshipper, but at least they show them to you before you buy. Mahibay just tells you a bunch of lies promising 80% off. Go to Commission Junction and get the same deal free. Build your own website. I learned how in 3 months, from knowing absolutely NOTHING about computers. Mahibay will not respond to you after you send your money, until you get mad. Then you will get an email asking how can I help you, as if they didn't even see any of your 100's of messages. You will leave the same message again, and start the same cold shoulder process over again. You WILL NOT EVER get the answer to even a simple question like (WHEN WILL MY WEBSITE BE READY.) After I asked this question 100's of times, with no response, Brandon told Josh to ignore me when I got mad about it. (He confessed to this personally to me over the phone) Guess what Brandon--He was already ignoring me--Thats WHY I got mad. If anyone doubts anything I say, send me an email and I will scan the evidence into my computer and send it to you. I left Mahibay a message about a refund since I didn't get what the sales person told me I was getting after a five month wait for it. But I'm sure that will not happen. So I will never stop this rampage until I do. This information will be in here, on my ebay me page, on both of my websites, in every ebook I sell or give away, and in my own ebook that will be FREE to everyone also. I wont stop this Mahibay rampage EVER unless I get a REFUND. I will come back in here and update this. If I get a refund, I will EAT CROW, apoligize and take back everything. Otherwise, in the mean time, I will prove to Mahibay that I never asked for marketing help and don't need it. I will even run a google ad, and take out an ad in enquirer if I have to. As far as life goes, I have been to the moon and back in my marathon, and if anyone thinks I'll be intimidated when I'm holding all the evidence in my favor, they will have a rude awakening coming. James states he spent $50 on marketing and then shut off the website? You talk to anyone who has become successful in life and to put out $50 and then just shut down your business does not make sense. That does not give your business enough time to produce any results. You spend several thousand dollars on a website, invest $50 into it, and if it doesn't work you shut it down. That does not make sense to me at all. As all books state, most businesses do not see a profit for about two years. James gave it two days and $50 to have success. Again, life is a marathan, not a race.

One important thing I failed to mention. James gave his website (2) days to be up and have success. He shut it down after (48) hours. Success is a journey, not a destination. Life is a marthan, not a race. You have to experience failure to have success in life. You don't lose weight on a diet after 1 or 2 days of good eating. It takes time and a lot of effort. We did indeed provide a custom website for this client. As far as being a middle-man, everyone is a middle-man in one way or another. We work "directly with" 1,400 suppliers and retailers because we get name brand products with virtually any kind of product a person could desire all on "one website." As far as what people can make each month with their website is determined by what type of marketing they do. We do indeed have people making considerable money using our services. However, we are a web-development company who also provides drop shipping services. We are "not" a marketing company in any way. That is made clear up front before any person becomes a client of ours. We build websites, up-load the products, and then direct the clients to companies who can assist them in their marketing efforts if needed. We would never make a promise that a website would be up in two weeks. We did respond to each and every email James sent. What he has failed to mention is that he "changed" his email address and never informed us. He shut down his credit card and never informed us. We did not have a way of returning James' emails. He is comparing Mahibay to other companies where you can get product access for free. The difference is we build custom websites, provide free coaching over the phone, and provide over 50 million name brand products. Those companies spoken of do none of those things. As far as the "functionality" of how the website operates is nothing new. Our client websites operate much like Amazon.com, Buy.com, Bizrate.com, etc. Almost everyone uses those websites because they are in a comparison shopping mall format. No one seems to have a problem with that. We are sorry to hear James has had financial problems and family issues. However, we cannot give refunds based upon that information because out of buyers remorse many people will say things that are not necessarily true just to get their money back. They will use stories to make you feel bad so that you refund the money. That is not fair to a company and in fact is stealing from the company. That is dishonest. If these things did happen we are terribly sorry. If they did not happen and you are claiming they did so, then that is un-fair to Mahibay as a company. Frankly, I am surprised when people throw in the last of their dimes out of a piggy-bank to do business with Mahibay. I think that is unfair to their family and their future. We would rather have a person get into a good financial situation and then give us a call so that if things don't go as planned at least they waited they would still have their home, cars, and children. They would not have to put the blame on us as a company. It is not wise business practice to lay out the rest of what money you have and pray that it works out. Many times it does not. We tell people to do this business strictly as a part-time business until it reaches the point where they are making three times their full-time income. At that point then they could make the decision to do the business full-time. Even then, we counsel people to keep their jobs and market their website since its automated. It works while they are at work and asleep at night. The website processes orders without the owner of the website having to do that themselves. The pricing is updated for them. The products are uploaded for them, etc. Keep your full-time, day-time job, and build you part-time business to speed up what you need for retirement. To label Mahibay as a "Scam" is defamation. We are not a scam. We have a "satisfactory rating" with the BBB which is really the only source you can rely on with the Internet since they are a neutral party. You can try and go directly to factories but I am telling you up-front...good luck. To even be approved to do so is extremely difficult. If you are indeed approved good luck trying to work with generic products, out of stock inventory, very high drop ship fees, bad customer service, and delayed shipping times.
