Mannix Studio DON'T USE!!! SCAM, LIES, POOR CUST SERVICE, NEVER DELIVER AS PROMISED OVER AND OVER AGAIN Troy New York
I hired Robert Mannix back in May 2007 for a Nov wedding. I Paid over $3,200 dollars for one of his top packages this included an album of the wedding. We then paid $513 for three extra albums as Xmas 07 gifts for are parents and grandparents. He came and took pictures and placed them on his web site for review. After we reviewed and confirmed the album layout he stated that he submitted the album to his vendor. Months go by and he is very limited on returning calls or emails and when you could reach him he would lie saying that "It's at the vender" and we would hear from him soon. A year goes by and we have contacted our lawyer because he refuses to communicate. Now in the process of taking him to small claims court. In fear that I wouldn't get my albums or any pictures my mother paid over $1,000 dollars for all the photos on his web site paying him more money for pictures that we should have received over a year ago. I even contacted his vendor in Italy that he's stating that he can't pay 600 dollars to release my albums. He doesn't take any blame on himself, putting it on his ex wife for "Taking him to the cleaners". The way he conducts business is absolutely unacceptable, promises and tells you what you want to hear but never delivers. Very sad that I have to remember my wedding like this.
