Our company hired Maor Mizrachi as a construction-related sales person, as recommended via a mutual friend.
While selling a project, Maor Mizrachi collected a check for over $50,000 from a client in regards to the said project.
Instead of submitting the payment to the company so that it can properly be appropriated towards the end clients' construction, Maor cashed the check and fled.
We are, at this moment, taking all possible legal recourses against Maor Mizrachi.
This report is a warning to both other construction / general remodeling companies and contractors in the area not to hire Maor Mizrachi as well as a warning for consumers to be sure not to acquire any services or products from Maor Mizrachi as well as, if possible, report him to the authorities immediately.
