Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On or around December 10, 2005, I was contacted by Jarrod Adams from Market Advantage. He told me that his company "must provide a way to pay off credit card debt three to five times quicker" and "save more than $2000.00 in payments." There was a money-back guarantee, which I have in writing.I reluctantly agreed to a fee of $595.00, and on 12-12-05, got a call from "Keith" with a confirmation number, 16826.

On December 15, 2005, I received a packet in the mail that reads in part,"We guarantee that you will save on your interest rates!" "with results that are 100% guaranteed or your money back!" All I had to do was fill out a "simple worksheet."

All I ever received for my 595 dollars were 2 credit reports, from Experian and Equifax. I'm sure these did nothing to improve my credit scores. I finally called Market Advantage in May of 2006, and talked to Ronnie Shank. He told me that I was supposed to have sent the credit reports to Market Advantage, which I then did.

In June of 2006, I received a credit card application from American Express with a 5.99% interest rate, which I could transfer up to $10,000.00 to. I filled it out and sent it back, and soon after got a notice that it had been denied.

Soon after, I contacted Market advantage again, and Ronnie Shank asked me if I had gotten the Am-Ex card application; I didn't know that Market Advantage had sent it. I told him yes, that it had been rejected. I then asked for my money back, but he assured me that he would help me out.

I never heard from Ronnie again, so I called Market Advantage in November. Ronnie Shank supposedly returned my call some days later, but I never spoke to him. The holidays came and went, and I decided to clear up my business with Market Advantage after the first of 2007. I called on January 8, and was given very little cooperation.

Eventually, the lady I was speaking to told me that my "contract" had expired. What contract? A contract means that an agreed-upon service is rendered for agreed-upon compensation. Market Advantage never came through.

This sounds just like the same thing except fom a different company (First Freedom) (((link redacted))), out of Tempe Arizona. They wanted to chatrge $498.95. They try to make it sound like they are the ones to deal with your credit card companies to lower your interest rates. I dont know how these people can live with themselves.
