Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received several emails from a Jody Gaines advertising their ability to add paid signups for my MPBToday business.

I sent an email to Marketblasters as I wanted to see if anyone else would be willing to give me a testimonial or add some validity to this company. Doug Smith sent me a reply and suggested that I contact a current customer. I was given a name of an individual to call. This person gave me a great review of the company and Doug.

I signed up for a "guaranteed signup" service for my MPBToday website on July 21st and spoke to Doug that day after the guy he recommended I speak to called him and we did a three way conference call. I mentioned to Doug that the website was very cookie-cutter and that there are some issues with customer service. . Doug mentioned that they are good at what they do but admitted that they needed to work on customer service.

I was assured by Doug that this business was legitimate and that my campaign would go out in 3 to 5 business days.

I sent an email on July 29th regarding the status of my order. I never received a confirmation that my order was received nor was I ever added to any update emails being sent out by the company. I emailed one of my team members who did receive 2 update emails regarding the changes being made to the website and the change from Paypal to Google Checkout.

I contacted Paypal as to why this account was no longer accepting payments and they could not give me any additional information. I was told that the owner of the Paypal account needed to contact Paypal.

I made several calls to the 800# with no response (they never answer the phone) and sent several emails to the Yahoo email address...with no response.

There were a couple of red flags:

- The generic website which they upgraded recently

- The free email being used by the company

- The new site is being hosted on a porn site

- Inability to answer calls or emails

- Paypal closed account

- Poor communication with customers

Even if there was an issue with Paypal the customer should have been made aware of this. If Paypal is holding your funds it is still their obligation to fulfill the orders or refund the money.
