I am the owner of a 2 story commercial building at 2520 Fairmount Uptown Dallas. I hired Mr. ****** owner of Marquis Signs to construct a sign for us. This was a 5’ tall x 4’ wide (20 sq. ft.) single sided monument sign with 6” address numerals, lighted in the front with LED'S. Total price $3897. He said the job would only take a week and it took 2 weeks. One of the reasons for the delay he said was the permit was taking longer. Come to find out he never pulled a permit and charged for one and now I am being fined by the city of Dallas. When trying to get in-touch with Mr. *******. He will not return my calls, email or texts to resolve this matter.
Desired Settlement
The owner ********** Mr. ************ to pull the necessary permit with the City of Dallas, and then we want him to come and repair this sign to where it is operable at no cost to our business. We want him to make right what he built.
