Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was canvassed by John Lisgo to attend a property seminar. cost ?197.00 at Slough in Bucks September 2005. My wife and I attended and signed up to carry out the property locators activities outlined for which we were told wee could paid ?20,000 per month. I got stuck into this right away and prospected over 300 house sellers and identified 15 hot prospects who were ready to do the deals.

Their follow up procedures were crap and they would not let me conclude the deals myself though I am an experienced salesman of 40 years! They never paid me a penny.

I threatened them with legal action and my letters were returned "Gone Away" They are still advertising that you can make ?20,000 PER MONTH as a property locator. It's rubbish and lies . They are a ripoff., I am still after Martin Welch the proprietor and would appreciate any information available from others who have had experience of this ripoff, Trading Standards were useless they did NOTHING.

Tony Hetherington of Financial Mail has warned about the activities of JOHN LISGO and was very interested in my story of Martin Welch but so far I have seen nothing in the Mail on Sunday about either of these crooks.

I wrotew to Martin Welch claiming he owed me $5,000 as I reckoned any decent salesman could have converted 5 sales out of 15 hot prospects. I believe I could have done more personally but their follow up was useless,.

Their Manager Mike Magnioni told me I had

produced the longest liost of prospects they had ever had but still they paid me nothing!!

I will keep after these blighters no matter what. I gave Welch 28 days to pay me the ?5,000 and on the 27th day I received a Paymaster Generals money order for ?5000 payable to me and sent to my correct address by EXpress Post but it came from GHANA in AFRICA.

I assumed he had forgotten to post it and posted it while in Ghana but the order was not honoured and when I queried it with the Paymaster General they told me it was a fraudulent order. I tell you these guys are unbelievable. I then wrote again to Welch with these details and the lketter was returned as GONE AWAY. He is a dodger and if anyone can tell me where he is now I would be very grateful. I will NEVER GIVE UP though

and will join with anyone else with the same experience if they wish.

Colin
