where do i start....? going to the auction to find a car for my son sound like a good idea. as we were watching cars go through the line, i bidded on a green 1998 Hyundai Elantra, when the car came in and stopped at the auctionere the car was fine. i bidded on the car and bought the car for $725.00. i knew that i would have to put some money into the car. after paying the $400.00 deposit, we went out and looked at the car which was parked in lot D0070. we checked the car out and moved it forward and backwards. the car was still green. The following day we went back to pay the balance on the car which was a total off $945.00. i recieved the tags and asked if i could go put the tags on the car and the employee told me i could. as i proceeded out to the lot, another mason dixon employee approched me. he asked what i needed and i told him i was picking up my green car, he looked at the paper work and told me he would go get it from the far back lot. they moved my green car. as he returned with a black 1998 hyundai eleantra with black primer. i said to him that was not the correct car i purchased last night, that i purchased a green one. he told me that the inside light of the building made a black car look green. and also informed me that it had weak breaks and checked the vin number and told me that was the car i purchased. but when we drove it around front it had no breaks at all. i checked the break resivor it was completly empty. so he sold me a can of brake fluid for $2.00. i got the breaks to work some what. as i drove it off of the lot onto the main road i noticed third gear was gone in the auto trans. i turned around and went back to the lot. the same emplyee that met me outside met me again. when he met me he got on his radio and said the car was back, did not say which car. i went inside and talked to another employee, and i explained what was worng

with the car and she told me sorry its your car but we will re-sell it for you. What i wonted was my money back. But she said no. They made me feel belittled and uneducated and i dont know my colors. All the documents states

green, not black. what an experience.
