Here we have a woman who claims to have sent in a M/O. When a book doesn't arrive she did not contact us, she writes to the local BBB and demands a book. They send out a note and our reply was show us some type of proof that we cashed her M/O. Nearly a year goes by and we hear nothing. Then we get another BBB note claiming she sent us the M/O reciept and she's now demanding a refund. That's fine except she also called the publisher and had a book sent to her on our behalf. We have the tracking number showing delivery before she contacted the BBB the second time. As far as we are concerned this woman owes us $43.95 for the book she apparently successfully stole. A note similar to this one with the tracking number has been filed with the local BBB. This is in addition to the original note which makes no mention of shipping a free book plus refunding money.
