Complaint Review: Mattress one - Heath Ohio

my name is lovely w,  i had finally got my settlement that i had been waiting for ..for the last three yrs . So i finally get my money at this point in time of my life i was very sick and felt very bless that where i was located was the perfect place to get everything my family needed ...i was surrounded by many stores so i thought this would make it esay fir me to get things done snd very quickly plus keep the money in our business in heath.. So me and my 2 girls needed  new beds . Right out my back doorwas mattress one. Well me nd my daughter went there just to look around then that is when i meet joe the owner he ask me what i was looking for and ask me hiw much money was i trying to spend. I told him inwasnt dure if i was going to purchase anything i was just looking that i was hoing to compare his prices with another store which was oddlots . He at that time i had a cane he made it clear that he was concern about my health snd he would be able to get me ehat i wanted and nit over charge me. He made it sound like he was so concern that i wouldnt be running around and he would oromuse me to get everything right .so me and my daughter look around she picks out her bed snd the bed for her sister i pick out my bed and frame and headbroad . I told him what i wanted but instead of the wood under the bed i wanted a bukey . He said thst is fine i will give you both the box spring which i paid for along with the  bukey . So i ask him will would he be able to deliver my stuff he told me the next day and told me i didnt have to worry sbout my old stuff thst i had they would tske it out. Well when they show up its not what i ask for the man said i dont know this is what he told us to drop off the man that came said i dont know this is not what is on ypur slip but he is the boss. So i called joe he told me to keep the plastic on my box spring

He would have everything together the next business day well a week later one of his workers .my order was still not correct

so me and my teen daughter goes inside of the store before i could even say a word he start screaming in my face ..i try to laugh it off because my daughter was standing there .and she was nerves i ask him to sto yelling ir i was going to call the police.he told me to get the f::: out of his store. I told him i was going to contact the bbb he said he didnt care went and got his paper in put it in my face and said go a head i am a memeber.. I this point i sm cornered and i yell for one of his worker to come out from the back.. I didnt know if i turned my back what he might do.. I tell you this he smelled like he had been drinking. I left came home and contact his wife wendy through email.never gotten things straighten out .well over the summer i seen him as he was moving his company down the sreet him snd his wife i told him about my bed which has a lifetime warranty on it.he told me to come in on monday so i did i explain to him the wood he gave me to hold my bed up was broken and i tried everything to fix it he said no they cant be fix he said he had a store in mount vernon he was just opening and he was going on vacation But to come in when he gets back he would be able to find me in the computer snd get me straighten out.here we are several months later and i have boxes holding my bed up i spent over  500 just for a frame and a mattress the matress was not the correct one what he brought my girls i would have never got i didnt even see them in the store they are hard as a rock. I will tell you this thete is more that goes on in that store then selling matress there is a beauty school that is in the same strip as matress one i know for a fact he would take some of those girls in the back and party. They would go during work hours and buy beer. I sure if the irs was to go in there alot of things would be out of order

 If you walk in that store today after lanch he would be drunk very mean and loud. I know now and would tell people if they goto matress one not to pay until they recieve their oder correct.
