Mattress Warehouse ripoff has no customer service Winchester Virginia
I purchased a bed from mattress warehouse in winchester va and at no time did anyone in the store tell me the frame did not come with the bed. I wanted to come get the bed myself and was told no its free delivery let us bring it to you. I am thinking wow this is great. Wrong! salesperson did not advise me that I had to choose from the frame or free delivery. the tag on the bed said 3 piece set. The bed arrives and no frame so i called the store. Seems all managers are off on Wed. HMMM same day beds get delivered? no one could or would help me. I go and buy a 35 dollar steak if its not right I get it free or at least some off the bill. I buy a 2,000 dollar bed and all they say is sorry? The sales person I talked to said I will call the manager and call you back. 1 hour later still nothing I had to call them back. This time the person I was speaking to had no idea what I was talking about so I had to explain it all over again. Still they where unwilling to help me solve my problem. What happen to customer service? My family and I will NEVER buy anything from mattress warehouse ever again! I plan on telling the world to go the mattress discounters. I dont see how this company stays in bussness. I still have no frame
