Wanted Itunes but don't have Ipod or Iphone. Just wanted music for the PC. Googled Itunes. Applewebsite appears I followed the link. Membership link comes up selling 1, 2 and 3 years memberships. I didn't think Itunes charged for a membership but I it appeared it was part of the legitimate site. I choose the 3 year and it charged me over $44. I spoke with multiple friends who use Itunes. They said there is no such membership charge. Itunes customer service confirmed there is no such membership.

I tracked MBcontact.com down by checking my CC statement. Customer service puts you on hold for 30 plus minutes then your turn comes up and it says leave a message....aahh no can't do that mailbox is full...and no again...it signs out with an error.

FRAUD...Working with Itunes and my CC company on this.

I have had the similar expierences as this person with this company!! I tried to address at the apple site an got nowhere! My expierence was this. I attempted to download Itunes like I have done many times in the past. I went to www.apple.com And clicked on the "download itunes" link. I was then directed to what I believed an trusted was a Apple site. I was confussed about being asked to "join" an pay a fee so I took a look at other sites that had the Itunes download links and was direct to the same site. This "MB contact.com place. I went back to apple.com an got same results. I thought since it was a new year that Itunes had decided to begin to charge for the software now an paid the fee requested in order to get the itunes download link "emailed" to me. The next day I did a search on it to see what I had missed in Itunes decision to begin charging for the software now. And found NOTHING. So my search now is to find out how many other people were scammed. But also. How the heck was this comnpany able to use Apple's website download link to direct me to there site making it impossible for me to get Itunes without joining there site?! Apple's only response was that there was a virus in my computer?! When I tried to contact this company. I got the exact same expierence of being asked to leave a voicemail only to get the message that the voicmail was full. I contacted them via email as well. I was sent an email with a list of tips on how to use there site. I have responded to that email demanding that they refund my money that I did not want there services, I have not recieved a response yet. Thanks, Deb
