Mc Serviteca Charged for tires that were warrantied Kissimmee Florida
I bought tires from this place and had the alignment on my truck done at the same time. Three months later the tires were balding so I called about the warranty. After weeks of trying to get in touch with the owner he tells me to bring the truck they need to take the tires to the manufacturer and I would have to buy used tires to go on my truck until my new ones came in. Of course I told him no and he said they would put used ones for free which they did and when i picked my truck up it was driving funny and pulling hard to the left. I called and was told it's fine it's only doing that because those tires are used and i was brushed off the phone. The owner then called me and said my tires were in but I'm only going to be warrantied for the mileage I didn't drive not the full amount of the tire which left me paying for tires again that were defected through no fault of my own. He also said the truck needs another alignment which I would have to pay for even though they were the ones who did it just 3 months prior. So needless to say I am paying another 130 dollars for new tires that were defective but I refuse to let them redo my alignment when they should have done it correctly in the first place. I thought product warranty was for the whole product but it seems that's not how this company works. Do not use them at all because the headache is not worth it!
