A follow-up to my original complaint. The afternoon of May 4, 2007 I received a phone call from someone who told me he was the regional manager for the area that the problem McDonalds is in. He told me that the store was not following proper procedures and that's why the food was not hot. He also told me he was going to that location to address the issue. He didn't explain why it took almost a month, after my first call, and after some other complaints, to get to that point. On May 5, 2007 at 7:53 AM I received a phone call from someone who said he was the manager of the McDonalds where I've had all of the problems. He apologized to me and, like the owner did last month, he invited me to come back. He did not address the issue as to why this has been going on since back in March 2007 which is when I first noticed the problem. He also said he did not know about the other complaints which tells me that he is either lying or McDonalds home office is not forwarding the complaints to the store. I do not plan on going back to this location but I may just do that after a few weeks have past just to see if things have changed. I doubt they will change but you never know. I also told the home office, regional manager and the store manager of my original report so hopefully, if they read it, they will be embarrassed enough to really make the change.
