MCI Prepaid Phone Card ripoff in minutes. I've caught them many times deducting excess minutes! Internet
I purchased a prepaid MCI phone card from price/costco that had 575 minutes. I caught MCI deducting minutes from my balance on many, many occassions when the call was not made, didn't go thru, no connection and using a timer vs what they deducted. They always deduct more minutes than you utilize or talk. Time after time after time. This is the truth!
