MCI Worldcom Wireless are crooks! Can't cancel phone service! WORST CELL PHONE CO IN EXISTENCE TODAY!!
Wordcom Wireless is impossible to get out of. I want to cancel my phone service but I cannot get through to their customer support. The only way I can get a live person on the phone is to call the collections department and they can't peform customer service functions. I sent them a fax around Thanksgiving of 2001 and I just recieved a reply today (12/8/2001). They did not bill me for months, then they sent me a bill for $318.00. I paid $158.00 then they sent me another bill for $318.00 and the bill did not relect what I had previously paid. People believe me this is the WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY IN EXISTENCE TODAY! I am trapped in this and I do not know what to do! Maybe I will have to hire a lawyer!
