I Have been calling mci for 5 months for a lifeline application. Each time they say they will send one in 7 to 10 days. All i ever get is a welcome booklet no application.

I have spoken to 3 suppervisiors about this. and they all asure me that they will make sure i am sent the application.

Now the lastest event has come on 12/23/05 that i have to change my plan to a dollar more to recieve the form. Now this dollar more plan does not entittle me to anything different than the plan that i all ready have. SAME PLAN JUST A different name.

The suppervisior who's name is ANGLE FERNANDEZ ID NO 4120. Tells me she will change the plan back to 15.99 after i am sent the form. Now the plan i have is no longer in affect to new customers.

Lifeline is available to people who live on a low Income .You must be on some kind of goverment program to recieve the dicount which is only a $6.50 network access surgrarge. and some other fee that is about a $1.50. i am on social security because i have bile duct cancer. I AM NOT ASKING FOR ANYTHING THAT I AM NOT INTITTLED TOO. 5 MONTHS OF PHONE CALLS TO MCI AND I AM STRESSED OUT OVER THEIR CHEATING AND FALSE PROMISES.
