MedAesthetica Medical Group,LipoZap Misrepresentation of product, Charging $5,500 for bogus science, unjust enrichment not even completing process. Sherman Oaks California
When I went to the Tustin facility last June, I was told this was a great procedure to lose bulges even if I didn't choose to diet (but I did do a sensible diet and did regular walking as well.) I was charged $5,500. There was never a doctor onsite. No one was able to answer any medical questions. I decided not to do the inner legs as I was not informed of the severe and common occurrence of infections to that area until months after I had already set appointments and started the process. In fact what I was told was that they would use a Vella machine and then do the injections.
However after two treatments they decided on their own that they were going to change the process and just do injections on the visit and that they would do Vella later. I complained that that was not I was signed up for and that if I completed all the areas I paid for that this process would take up to two years which was insane.
I also reported when asked to do a survey that I was not satisfied with the results and that their procedure didn't work. I spoke to several people including a Caroline and a Cari that I would accept a refund of the areas I didn't finish just to go away, that their process was totally worthless to me. I was told to send in a written complaint online and that they would have someone get back to me.
I have written several and have heard nothing back. Now I'm forced to go to court, but guess what, the Secretary of State has no listing for MedAesthetica Medical Group, Inc. as I went to look for the official service of process name and address. I'm planning on taking these people to court for fraud, breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
