turning services on and off on purpose. 12/29/2015 3:26 pm to 4:00 pm playing with lines on aldon steret  went to office to file complaint and on 12/30/2015 at 1:00 pm they where doing it again 12/31/2015 2:00 pm doing it again  12/31/2015 4:00 pm i have got pissed and cut the line going to the home from the street I have asked for a full dissconect and they reclined stated we need a valid credit card to bill a termination fee to. there playing games with the lines on 12/29 to 12/31 has cost me a financail loss of $4,919.39 in damages for lost trades I trade stocks online and i need a connection that will not cut on and off because some body wants to play games with a working service. the service was working in full order untill they made a poor choice to unplug and plug in cables up the street for the past 3 days. as far as i am aware of my contract said mantance 12am to 6am not 3:26 pm in the after noon. This is uncalled for playing games with my connection and picking on me. I have encounter a loss and plan to sue if they charge me a bill or report to my credit. I have full plans to sue at the local court house. let the judge hear how they treated me. I do not think i should be billed a termination fee after what has happened. as of yet they still refuse to turn the service off and it will stay active untill they stop billing me. i will not be sending them a cent. i plan to counter sue.

The last tim i has your service was 12/30/2015 at 1pm when you played with the lines at the street again then i had changed providers to dish net. that is how i filed this complaint as far as i know i never had your service again after 1pm on 12/30/2015 when i got pissed off durning your outage and dissconect my home from the street. if you want your line you can come pick it up on pine court at the street in plymouth nc.  what a find way to pick on me. playing with the lines on aldon. keep on playing with lines i dont have your service to play with lines any more. keep on playing games i am so glad to get  ride of you all. you made me so mad i climed the pole at the street and i dissconnected the lines. you made me lose over $4,919.36 due to network failure. I have had not choice but to change to dish on 12/30/2015 at 1pm durning the last outage. I am now with dish for internet that is how i have gone online to file a complaint. as far as i know you shut my services off when they did not work at 12/30/2015 at 1pm you terminated your own agreement and i refuse to pay a termination fee. I have tried to contact you for a dissconnection from the 29th so just keep on billing me because i will not be paying you a cent. you think you all can treat me like trash then charge me a termination fee in the distant furthure it is not going to happen i have contacted nc doj Roy cooper.

as of 12/31/2015 i have changed service provider to dish net. you can not use media com connection to make trades when it is down and offline due to them playing with the lines at the time. i have made a loss because of there failure of service and have cut the lines after that fact to my home. i have changed service provider that is how i was online. I am done with this company. the way i was treated was uncalled for on 12/29/2015 i filed a complaint at the local office at 910 hwy 32  plymouth nc about this and she sent them on purpuse to play with my lines at the street to kick me off.

If you cut the cable for the Internet, just how did you post this report? 

Also, why couldn't you use this same connection to complete your trades?
