I have had a very bad experince with Mediacom. I have had service with them for about 5 or 6 months and out of that 5 or 6 months they have had to come repair something for me about 5 or 6 times but this last time really takes the cake. I started having issues wth their internet service about 3 months ago in which yes they did fix it but within 2 to 3 weeks later it goes bad again. This time which I am still dealing with I called customer service in which they were very rude but luckly i have a tech who gave me his business card and came out right away (even though Mediacom told me it would be a week before they could send a tech out.) Well the tech came out and he told me it was a problem with our line down the road not our home.

Once again Mediacom tells me that it would be a week later to fget someone out to fix the line. I called the tech back and he had someone out the next day. They stayed approximately 20 minutes and it worked for a couple weeks now its doing the same issue again. This started on 02/07/2013 and Mediacom has tech scheduled to work on the lines for 2/20/2013 yet they still want me to pay for their services? This is pure and total crap I pay 140 dollars a month for services i cant even use and everytime i call they are rude and they cant do anything for me. The tech states all it is is one part that they need to put on how hard is it to take care of a customer Mediacom? It takes you a month to repair something that should only take 20 minutes? I have already filed a complaint with the BBB as I feel as though they are treating me as they dont care.
