Complaint Review: Mentoring Of America LLC - American Fork Utah

I already followed all your steps and I thank you for these post. My ammount is much greater too, but I already got alot of it. Now I want the rest. Everytime I call them they transfer me to the California Mentoring of America so I cant use the recording against them LOL. I just have to call the investigator to make sure he recieved my fax. Michael, I say $7,000 "plus" because the exact amount that I paid for this garbage is just a little over $7,000. I don't post or reveal my EXACT dollar amount because I don't want these frauds (Mentoring of America) to try and pull my record and see who I am. I personally have already caused them over $74,000 in refund money to Ripoff readers in the last 8 months alone with my personal advices. Since no two people pay the same price for this junk, Mentoring of America will know exactly who I am just by looking at my exact dollar amount if I were to post that here. So that's why I say "$7,000 Plus" bacause I paid in the $7,000 - $8,000 range. I got nothing extra back from them Michael. I just got 100% of what I originally paid. Not a dime more or less. I was very happy I succeeded yes, it was a struggle. But I wanted revenge against this company for what they did to me and all time time, anger, and aggravation they caused me. My idea at first Michael, was to cause at least $7,000 (the same amount they scammed me out of two years earlier) in refunds by telling people on this site what I did to get my money back. Since each person pays up to $15,000 a piece, that goal was easily met. So now I am going as far as I can with this. I felt that Mentoring of America should have to pay for what they caused me and for what they still continue to do to people like you. They pissed me off so I wanted revenge. And it still angers me to keep reading people's new complaints on here describing their situation which matches mine of almost 3 years ago in every way. Indication that this company has failed to reform it's business practices. Because of this Michael, I created what I call my "Mentoring of America Refund Revenge Tally" about 8 months ago as soon as I got my money back and started to tell everyone here how to do the same. Currently, my personal advices and suggestions that people read on this site have directly resulted in over $74,000 in refund that Mentoring of America LLC has had to issue to people both on and off this website. Refund dollars that would have otherwise gone undelivered had it not been for me personally and most importantly Ripoff Report. It would not have been possible without this site. I credit my own personal refund success to this site. So what do you mean $7,000 plus. So did you get more then what your refund was sapose to be?

Even if you did sign the Enrollment Confirmation page and returned it, you can still get a refund. Are you still within your 3 day right to cancel Michael? (It starts the day you get your coaching software CD's in the mail, not on the day when you paid $5,000 over the phone). Even if you are not, you can still get your refund with my personal advices and suggestions no matter how long ago it was, and weather or not you signed the Enrollment Confirmation page as long as you did not pay then those $5,000 with a money order. I got all my money back more than two years later once I figured out what I needed to do to get them to comply and give me back all my money. The reason you should not be concerned is because nowhere on the Enrollment Confirmation page did it ever mention a no refund policy or all sales final. I know this because I still have my original unsigned Enrollment Confirmation page right here. They told me to sign and return it as soon as I got it, but I never did. I kept it. Some ask for your signature and some don't. Just follow my personal suggestions and advices found on all the other John Beck and Mentoring of America complaints on this site and you'll be in good shape. Try to file all my suggested complaints at the same time. This lands them together on the supervisors desk at the same time and magnifies it's effects. Please keep me updated on your status Michael. I can't help you if you don't come back and keep me updated. That is all I ask of you in return for my help.
