In Dec I ordered via phone 4 black buxton bags. This was an automated system and when I was done ordering no shipment info or confirmation # was given for my order. I received one box with four buxton bags enclosed in february. Three bags were black and one was red. I had ordered all black. One of the black bags was defective in that it had a broken zipper. I ordered these bags for $19.95 each and just received my credit card statement and was charged a total of $155.60!! A rip off for sure. I have filed a protest of the charges with the credit card company and am going to return the defective bag and wrong colored bag with request for refund and itemized invoice showing shipping and handling charges as there was a 2 year warranty card enclosed in each bag. Needless to say I am apprehensive about returning the two bags.
