I already know that green bags, themselves, are great, so I was eager to sign up for this great deal. Little did I know what a nightmare it would be.

The phone order process was a recording, and was VERY confusing. Once you finally got it to understand all your information, it went on (and on and on) trying to get you to order other products. I finally hung up in frustration, not even knowing for sure if my bags had been ordered.

When the order finally did come, there were SIX packages of 20 bags each, plus a pkg of jumbo bags. There's no way I would have ordered 126 bags! But there was no receipt, no invoice--just a single sheet of instructions and a whole lot of bags.

So then my credit card bill came--$204 for what should have been a $20 plus S&H order. Two HUNDRED and four dollars!! I was shocked, to say the least. I found the website in a Google search, but the login failed--several times. So what do you do? Has anyone received a response from the address?

Buy green bags, but NOT from these people!
