Merchant Lynx Services COntinues harassing calls for an apointment to sign up for services. Atlanta Georgia
MERCHANT LYNX SERVICES
This company calls us sometimes TWICE a day with te old "OUR REPRESENTATIVE WILL BE IN YOUR AREA IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS" ruse, and tries to set up an appointment. We have told them repeatedly that we do little if any credit card bsiness, or use PayPal if we do, maybe once a month.
The last enconter ended with the person saying... "Well, we're going to keep calling you anyway."
We are on the no call list, which apparently doesn't apply to businesses.
Once we told them w were closing shop, and they had the gall to ask the name and number of the buyer. We said there was none, and they continued to call anyway.
Now, it is far over a hundred calls, and reports to the Alanta BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU prove fruitless. Reports to AT&T have not helped either.Is there NO way to stop these people without some good old fashioned payback?
NOTE: A friend suggested setting off a stink bomb, or letting air out of tires once employees were verified. Of course, that is illegal. We just get to suffer for their mercenary tactics.
