Merchant Lynx Services Fraudulent & most dishonest company Canton Georgia
We are going through same situation as your other subscribers. Merchant Lynx representative, John Lobley from Ft. Myers office, Florida came into our office and showed us how we could save money by changing our service to them.
He had me sign up on a computer screen that was almost impossible to read and when I asked him for a copy of the documents he told me he would go to his vehicle and print them out for us. He left the office, returned to his vehicle and drove away. We called and called his mobile but he would not return our calls. We signed on September 17, 2007 and did not receive the documents until September 26 in the mail (still have dated envelope) too late to cancel agreement. He lied to us about everything including the leasing agreement for 48 months and told us it was a one time payment.
wrote to them asking them to cancel our service and the bank account was debited with $350.00. When I called them I asked specifically if everything was taked care of and they assured me it was, never once mentioning that the lease of the equipment would continue to run for the full 48 months and that they would continue to debit the bank account.
will be contacting the Attorney General of FL, the bank and BBB in the hope I can get this fraudulent company to stop their practices and save someone else being conned by them.
