Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My business dealt with this company a little over a 1/2 year ago. I spoke with a Phyllis, who help me falsify paperwork in order for us to quilify for the credit card sales advancement by falsifing average monthly revenues.

I specifically told Phyllis about our volume and how is depends on the business cycle and she stated that it would not be a problem. Phyllis said to send in certain credit card processing statements in order to justify the monthly revenues. She called my business constantly for over a week and did not call me back after she got what she wanted. It took me over a week to reach her; and when I finally reach her, she said the volume was a problem to prevent the advancement.

I attempt to resolve this problem with no help from the CEO, Mr. Jackson.

Please note that they would have charge our company well over 30%+ for this advancement; which, is just riddicolous. I would recommend anyone interest in accounts recievable cash advancements to look elsewhere. If anyone would like to see the paperwork Phyllis sent as well as the emails of Mr. Jackson, let me know.

Rip Off Report, I am writing to respond to Chris who stated we miss lead him in the application of a Cash advance. Merchant Money Tree has a minimum of $5,000 in Visa and MasterCard Processing per month in order to receive financing from our company. The statements Chris sent to us did not qualify. This does not constitute a rip off. We clearly state the minimum requirements on fax correspondence and on our web site merchantmoneytree.com. Phyllis can not falsify statements sent from a merchant. We require 6 month history from every merchant the fact that your credit card volume did not meet the minimum does not constitute a rip off. It may be true that our reply to Chris could have been faster, but that does constitute rip off. I respectfully request that you remove this comment from the rip off report. Thanks, Jeff Jackson
