MERRICK BANK RIPOFF STILL CHARGING FEES ON RETURNED CARD DRAPER Utah
I returned my card several months ago and asked the account be closed. The balance at that time was about $500, they have continued to charge me the yearly fee, plus when the card balance hit my credit limit they started adding "over limit fees" and late fees.
I have written them, it takes at least a month to get an answer, so in the meantime, they are adding yearly fee, overlimit fee and late charges.
They write back and inform me that they have every right to do this. They are a bunch of vulturous, s*umbags and should be put out of business. They do not try to work with a person at all.
