Metro Maintenance - Dallas Lawn Club Poor business practices Do not hire these people! They will not show up! Richardson Texas
I got a flyer on my door one day advertising lawn aeration service for only $39, which I thought was a very good deal. I called and scheduled them to come out on a Saturday. Saturday came and no one showed or even called for that matter. So I called them up again and rescheduled for the following Saturday. So when next Saturday came and by 2:00 p.m. when I had not seen or heard from them I called their office. I asked the guy who answered if I could have an idea of when someone would be there to do my lawn aeration. He said he didn't know but they would be there. Well guess what? Nobody ever showed up or called to say they wouldn't be able to make it again. I decided to look them up in the Better Business Bureau of Dallas and found out this bunch has an unsatisfactory record because of numerous complaints against them. I guess I should have checked there first before I wasted my time with these people.
