I work for a warranty company part time, the phone number you can reach me at anytime is 1-732-920-8700 and I work for Capital Real estates full time that number is 1-848-448-3231, again people like you are a dime a dozen. You said you had a bad experience, I disagreed with you, this is not a contest on who gets the last word in, and normally I would not stoop to such a low level. I could not sit back though and allow you to think that I am in anyway affiliated with the company that you allegedly had a bad experience with. I just think that people like you have nothing better to do then try to smear peoples good name, hence the reason you thought that I worked for the company, in a way to try to discredit me in some way perhaps.

First of all timothy, We know they are leads and they were worked very hard. If one loan officer couldnt make head way they gave it to another person to try. Most of the people were never reached. They were called 3 times a day every day for 20 days. hmmmm????? We kept detailed tracking of all the leads and they were junk. My staff knows how to work leads. Tell me do you call this a lead: One of the leads we called the person said she makes $1000 a year making cookies and sweet potato pie for income to pay what she can and she leaves the rest up to the lord to provide for her to pay her bills. That was one from your guaranteed program. The other way we were ripped off is that I payed $3500 up front and gave Metro an excellent list I purchased. Metro scrubbed it down to 4900 names. I had, at one time, part time amature telemarketers calling on the list. I gave metro that list and paid for 2 professionals to call the list for 100 hours each. I got 2 leads from it. My amatures produced over 40 in less time and they didnt know what they were doing. The 2 were junk. Also there was a lot of response on the mortgage grapevine that Metro marketing ripped others off. That is how I got the name teleten. What is your response to that Timothy from Metro marketing. What did metro do with all the leads that came from my list I sent them????????

This is one of the main reasons That a site like this should not be allowed to post before both have a rebuttle. I am very pleased with the service that Metro Marketing provided to me. What people dont sometimes understand, is that they are leads, you have to work the leads to be able to get your moneys worth. And you said you wanted your money back? No wonder you didnt get your money back, they provided you with the service they promised you. Lead generation is very tricky that way, The leads that I was provided from them, were excellent. Id recommend them to anyone that wants to make money with there business. Ive dealt with Metro Marketing now going on probably about 8 to 10 years. And I know about 25 brokers that also go through them.
