As you can see for yourself, I was overcharged numerous times by Metro PCS. I went on vacation Sept 20-24 thinking I my finances were fine but to my surprise I was drafted 7 times @ $165.71 totaling $1,159.97 which does not include all the bank fees I have to pay due to over drafting my account. The overdraft fees are costing me an additional $306 for a whopping grand total of $1,465.97 which I did not have extra just sitting in my account. I like most people these days am living on a fixed income and try really hard to stay within my budget. So when I having to jump through hoops to get my money back, I get a bit irritated when it becomes as difficult as this has been for me. My family and my business which I recently opened are suffering as we have no funds to live on at this point. Metro PCS has received numerous emails, calls and faxes about my situation and I still have no resolution after the first unauthorized draft took place on 9-19-07.

15 DAYS LATER which is completely unacceptable. There so called customer service dept is non existence in my opinion. First of all, its all automated and all though you can speak to it, it does not recognize words such as billing issues, credit card draft, customer service rep request and the options it gives you to choose from do not include an option to speak to a live rep. When you do finally figure out how to get someone, they are so incompetent that you end up in my situation, still no results and flat busted. I have faxed my bank statement to their financial dept 3 times now; I have asked that they call to verify they received it, still no response. So my words of advice if you consider switching to or signing up with METRO PCS; DONT DO IT

YOU TRULY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

What is even funnier to me is, Metro PCS was aware ofthis issue before the customers but chose not to contact anyone about the potential problem in hopes of resolving the issue with their customers help. They are capable of sending customers text messages to inform them that their bill is due and their credit card will be charged the standard monthly fee two weeks in advance and they also send out voice mail messages telling ouabout all their great special that are going on. So why not send a text or vm message to the customers who were affected and informthem tht there is a financial problem that requires their attention. Heck, I would not have gone out of town when i did and I would have spoken to my back immediately to prevent the charges from occuring and probably would not have had as many overdraft fees if I knew what was going on BEFORE it was too late.

My next step with this company if I do not receive a refund by Friday Oct 5th will be to file a lawsuit against them, possibly a class action lawsuit if anyone else would like ot join in on it. Then I plan to picket their corporate office. THe name of my business is Lone Star Fitness located in Burleson Texas if anyone is interested in speaking to me about joining a class action lawsuit.

Thanks for listening,

Sue H.

I have been told my them before that it takes up to 30 calendar days to receive any sort of refund from them. I believe it... It really does stink, but fact is as long as they pay you I dont think there is much to be done about it. You might be able to take it to small claims court and sue them for pain and suffering for the damage it caused you and your family, and I wouldnt be suprised if you won. $1500 is a lot of money, to anyone, and when it takes them a month to give it back to you? im sure you can wax them for a good amount on PAS. Good luck man.
