Complaint Review: Metropolitan Personnel Inc. - Phoenixville, Pennsylvania

First I am going to say this, its becoming more and more clear why you dont work there anymore.

I have no problem with metro, I just got a call yesterday that I was laid off after asking if that was about to happen. Long story short I saw that the company wasnt producing enough leads for the agents they currently had and were still trying to hire more agents. It didnt make a lick of sense and they failed on there first advertisement, yet they still kept trying to bring in more new employees.

Truthfully I blame 1and1, even though metro practically swore it was impossible to be laid off.

As for your situation, I recomend you read before you sign and the fact that you make personal attacks to me is a clear sign that your personality is garbage and I would HATE to work with you. In fact I would quit unless they fired you.

If you get approached or find yourself working through metro, keep looking for other jobs that are better think of it as an inbetween employment opportunity and nothing more. Or youll do what I did and turn down 2 slightly better, just slightly and find out they dont want sloppy seconds a week or so later.

But whatever you do, keep in mind you know someone like this guy/girl (not a man or woman, big difference). Do you really trust there judgement? Probably ghetto trash if I were to guess based on the fact well, read the way they use words, and are so bitter. Probably never had a good job in there life, and will lose the one they have soon. Or else this kid is just that, a kid mentally maybe not physically. Look at there response to this I highly doubt there not flipping out smashing the keyboard or something when they read this. 

Try to control yourself and use what little sales skills you have to sell this idea you have of metro, clearly you need to take your time. Maybe your mom or dad should of made you do sports in school or your should join the Army if they are willing to take you, helped me with my anger management. If not you may want to actually see a therapist because anger really does cause health issues in the future.

You claim you had your own business,  you obviously ran it into the ground and now are forced to write blogs to support the company that feeds you peanuts.  The fact is that Metro lies to qualified individuals then places them in jobs that do not fit the description given in the contract.  This constitutes as fraud.  You obvously never held a real sales job, because if you did, well then you would understand the concept of fraud.  Fraud nullify s a contract Luiky.  If you think that 240, 300 is "bank" then just like your name, you truly are one of a million hahaha.  Google "pawn"

Luckily I found a real job, for people like you who are stuck in that temp system. I pity you.

The email was "Hey dont come back in, were cutting half of the sales force. 
They decided to burn me because I wouldnt of gotten as big of an unemployment check as the others. Well the ones they cut at least, they even kept some garbage sales people that could only process orders instead of steal.

That Temp agency sucked in my experience, but because of them I got this job here. 

Whoever reads this, have you ever known someone who screws up and blames anyone they can instead of themselves? If you think about it, if this guy had a shot at a lawsuit I wouldn't of even been able to get this job through metro it would of been through another Temp Agency.

I am a salesmen, and I have been for a few years. The reason I lead with that is because I know better then to sign my life away without reading first. It says CLEARLY in the contracts that if you quit within the first week or so then you only get minimum wage instead of the 12 an hour. Which is my pay as well, also it explains everything in GREAT detail.

I can only assume this person has never been to a temp agency for work before, or ever had a REAL sales job. 

Trust me when I say this, my name is Sergio Kuik, the one and only in America (google me ;) hahahaha inside joke), and I enjoy burning scam/bull sh*t companies that disrespect there employees. Since working here Ive been late twice, for understandable reasons, and not once have I been condemned. And as a prior business owner myself, I know how disgruntled employees are, ESPECIALLY the ones that dont think "what did I do wrong" before blaiming someone else. Im not saying he/she did anything wrong just saying that would of helped in this situation.

Now to be blunt, this person is making personal attacks, which means this is an emotional outburst... That also means this person cant think clearly enough to fill the holes in this story. Lmfao I work with about 10-15 other Metro employees who have been there for over a month. They all make bank, average commision WEEKLY is like 250, PLUS 12 an hour, free drinks and fruits, I dress casually which SAVES alot on dry cleaning and I smile 90% of the time. I came from another temp agency where I was the number 5 TOP salesmen (#1 male salesmen =D), and I recieved an email at midnight, after talking with the same people and joking with them earlier. They never gave me an explanation and ignored my calls.

PS.. THE FACT this kid (then again im 22) SPOKE with the CEO shows there level of respect. Why else would a CEO speak to a fired employee??? Comeon bro, your bad mouthing his legacy, when they gave you a chance. I wouldnt of put my fingerprints on this if it was a scam, especially since I am the ONLY Sergio Alexander Kuik in America atleast. All this time you wasted could of been invested into finding another job, or reading a self help book like "You will never be lied to again" or "go for no". I hope you eventually develop a thought process that keeps people with one like me from dissecting your BS paragraph.
