I too am getting the same run around from this company. I have a question. Who do you have checking on the air fair? There is nowhere on their web site or the certificate that I have that states we have to pay anything other than the refundable $100.00 and any expenses that we accrue, ie telephone charges, room service In addition, I do not understand how they are going to charge your credit card, did you provide them your credit card information. We paid our $100.00 by check; they would not accept a credit card. If you did, most major credit card companies (American express, visa, master card) have a 90-day period to challenge a charge. Please let me know how things turn out for you. I think by looking at all the reports, I am going to cancel our trip and ask for a refund by certified mail and then if I have any problems, I will take it to the Attorney General office.
