Long story short, this clown Michael Stazzone and his partner in crime James Michaels (Jim), who I had been team driving with, abandoned me and left me stranded in Augusta, GA on false claims that I had quit while I was staying in a hotel waiting for the truck we were using to be repaired in the shop. Without even bothering to contact me and clarify this misleading claim from Jim, Mike spitefuly refused to pay me for 3 weeks worth of pay ($898 in total), & made arrangements with the shop where the truck was being held to not allow me to retrieve my personal property from his truck.
He also lied to them claiming I had retrieved my items. I attempted to get the cops involved but they were pathetically useless. I also attempted to inform the company Try Hours, Inc. of the situation and they were useless as well. Meanwhile, Mr. Stazzone is mocking the fact that it seems theres nothing I can do about him totally screwing me inside out. So of course I let him have a piece of my mind, as anyone else would in this situation.
Days and weeks pass, I had been constantly trying to contact Mike to try to retrieve my belongings from his truck. He finally responded and told me that I would be able to get my things sometime during March, as that is when he would be able to pay the cost to repair the truck. Now march is almost over and I have been trying to contact Mike via phone calls, texts, emails, voicemails and he has yet to respond.
As far as im concerned, this man not only owes me money, but basically stole from me everything I had in the truck. And the cops say the only thing I can do about it is sue him. This p***k has no right to withhold my personal property from me. Who knows if my things are still in the truck by now, he may have gotten rid of everything. Getting my items from that truck is more important to me than suing this man for money. I really dont care about the money, Im still trying to find a way to retrieve my belongings without having to take this nonsense to court.

Hey Dude, I know your pain I was ripped off $1,730.95 by this scum bag I've been chasing him for a year and he knows how to hide from being served legal papers. I know several other drivers who have been had by this guy and try hours knows he's scum but still run his trucks.
