Monica, if what you say is true fight back! Mid Atlantic is running over it's customers. They don't apply payments correctly. The send out notices to seize vehicles when the payments are up to date, refuse to speak with you on the phone! I recently filed complaints with the BBB, the State Maryland's Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, and the Dept. of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. If even of fight back and show a pattern, the State of Maryland will investigate our complaints. I would even talk with an attorney about your case. I know I am. I have an appt. next week.
