Midland Credit Management ripoff fradulent billing San Diego California
Midland Credit showed up on my credit report from something that happened 4 years ago. I called them to find out more about it and what it was pertaining to and they could not even tell me what the charge was for. I denied the charge but they did not about it. It would be nice to know what they were charging for.

This collection agency is horrible and have ruined my life. This involved a Providian Credit Card and this was over 10 years ago. I had to file bankruptcy to get these idiots off my back. They are really sneaky and use any means what so ever to get you. In my case I had to deal with a law frim by the name of Hyat,Hyat and Landau.(all of which are retired)and some clown by the name of Robert Orovitz. They garnished my wages and caused me to have to file bankruptcy. I have cancer and they would not accept my offer to pay what I could on this debt that was never verified.

Midland just showed up on my credit reports. I disputed a account on my credit report from fingerhut, also Jefferson Capital was also on my report for the same fingerhut account, I disputed both fingerhut and Jefferson Capital as "NOT MINE" because I had never had an account with fingerhut. Both accounts were deleted when neither one could verify,low and behold, exactly 5 days after the fingerhut & jefferson Capital were deleted, MIDLAND just showed up on my report for the same fingerhut account. I immediately sent them a Demand for validation , They have never sent me a letter as of yet, claiming I now owe them $$$$, so they have failed to give me my 30 days to legally dispute through them thereby making them stop trying to collect on this account that is not mine, yet they have taken my credit report hostage, I know I probley will have to sue them,but believe me Fingerhut and Jefferson Capital will be going down with them, for sellin this account when it was disputed and they could not verify. I hear Midland can be very tough, but I can be too....See you in court, prove I owe you, or just disappear. YOUR CHOICE MIDLAND>>>>>>
