the harrison rented a duplex from me in austin texas. they did over $10,000.00 worth of damage, the mold was soooo bad that sheetrock had to be removed and workers had to use masks. they had a newborn baby that's probably 2 to 3 years old, and child protective services needs to know the condition these people live in.

they had three dogs locked up for two years in one room, before i bought the property and made them let them out. i have been contacted by over 30 creditors trying to find these scumbags. this couple is the lowest form of life on earth, they are fat and lazy. they both work in the fast food/convient store industry. pleasee don't hire or lease anything to these low lives, they have cost me financially/mentally! i know god has a special place in hell for them.

Didn't you inspect the place before buying it?

It sounds like the damage was done before you owned the duplex in question. If you had looked at it and saw the tenants were wrecking it, you should have refused to buy it until they were moved out and the damage repaired. Why take on someone else's problem? I guess the price was low enough that you were willing to do it even with these complications, so now why are you complaining?

What kind of landlord are you!! You blame your tenants for "mold" and other problems that are beyond their control? What kind of dump do you own and rent to other people? Child Protective Services should be informed about this situation that YOU are responsible for? What kind of landlord allows THREE DOGS to live in the home, and then is surprised when there is some damage done to the home as a result? And lastly, you expect to get any results at all by slandering the tenants? Use your brain, mister. You just dug yourself into a hole that you will probably never get out of.

process through the 'red tape' and get them evicted

#4Consumer Suggestion

Did YOU Know! I see that you are very frustrated at the condition these people left your property in, but attacking them verbally to others is not the way to handle it. Reason # 1 - The family you are attacking can sue the hell out of you for just the words that you put in this ad. You are a verbally attacking their names and reputation. If you own property you should know these laws! You can not slander your tenents! If you don't like what they are doing you can process through the 'red tape' and get them evicted. Then you can sue them for the damage done to your property. By attacking them in this manner, you leave yourself vulnerable to them. Is that what you want? That could only cost you more frustrations, money, and possibly ruin your name, not theirs! By reading this I know thats not what you want. So my suggestion is: Next time don't be so wordy. And beware! They might just read what you wrote and screw the hell out of your life! Hate to this magnitude only eats up your insides, not theirs (think about it). My opinion.
