Ordered Eureka portable vacuum NEC122A on ad from Facebook 8/27, email from Laura Anderson, consumer service team, thank you for order. 8/31 email from David that shipment on its way.
I emailed them 9/3 for tracking info and response from Karen not to worry, it’s coming from China in 20-30 days. I have emailed them 9times since 9/23 and never received a response. I called 800-757-6075 and only get recording, no human help. I used messenger on Facebook on 10/29 and got an immediate response in Chinese, like it was automated.
I repeated the message on 11/5 and got the same text message in Chinese back. Now their website is down! Any recourse or chance of getting my money back?
