Miller-Plante RIP-OFF, HARRASSING PHONE CALLS AT ODD TIMES IF THE DAY, RUDE TO MY CHILDREN OVER THE PHONE Maitland Florida
A very raspy-voiced woman called at a very late hour of the night (I just happend to be up) trying to sell me some septic tank "stuff". I tried to tell her that I was not interested and it was late and I was getting for bed as I have to get up early for work the next day. She was very nice and asked me to just listen to her. I did (BIG mistake). I repeated that I was not interested and hung up.
While I was out of work after having surgery, this "stuff" arrived at my home. I knew right away what it was and who it was from. I stayed here for about 3 weeks and I was finally able to send it back. In the meantime, she called back and threatened me for money. I told her I was going to send it back and she got mad and said I couldn't because they could no longer sell it as a new product.
She said legal action would be taken if I did not pay for it. I did (with a credit card on 6/22/08). About 2 weeks later, she called again at a very odd hour to threatened me again for payment (sending it to collection). I have paid this bill IN FULL and will NOT send anything else not do I want anymore calls from this person or anyone else who works there.
