let me first start off by saying that i have researched this company online since this has started and see i am not the only complaint. this company hounded me for days to try this product and finally i said sure. it was a 30 day trial and if i liked it i would buy it. well by the time i received the product i had a baby. then my baby ended up in the intensive care unit for 2 and a half weeks. during this time was suposse to be my 30 day trial but i was un able to use it . then starting about a month ago they have been calling me 3 to 4 times a day yelling and being really rude to me. i explained to them my situation and they said they are going to continue billing for this product that i do not want. I have not used and franklly i do not want nothing to do wth this company. i have to;d them i will send there product back to them at my cost if they would just resolves this. they have refused. now i did also make a complaint with FTC . ths company is a horrible company who is just out for money. ive spoke to a couple of people at the company oe of them his name is Henry and the lady i spoke with is the supervisor for collections. i feel i should not have to pay for something that i have not used. please further investigate this so the other people who are having the same problem can get this resolved. thank you. This is what i reported to the BBB and FTC! everyone that sees this should report to the same agencies.

MILLER PLANTE IS A RIPOFF

We ordered some of their Septic system product years ago, they then came back and tried to make us order a supplemental product that they claim was required because of the use of anti-bacterial soaps would cause the first product to not work. Even after we told them we did not use Antibacterial soaps and they said it did not matter and tried to scam us with the supplement. As far as the rebuttal - having a baby and then having the baby end up back in the hospital is a VALID REASON to request a refund... You cannot use a product if you are NOT AT HOME to use it. Some things cannot be avoided and this is one of them.

So you agreed to a free 30 day trial, you did not cancel within the 30 days, and are now upset because they billed you as you agreed to let them originally? having a baby does not release you from your obligations. Now you are trying to rip THEM off from what you agreed to.
