Dear Sirs,
My husband and myself went to this LifeStyle Vacation Resort in Puerto Plata for our Honeymoon.
Two days after arriving we had..we had Sales person will us off after breakfast to speak to us about
The resort. Not to make the long story lo get we were shamed out of $55,000 dollars soon after arriving
Back to the state and seeing the website found out that what we played $55,000 anyone could get
$900 dollars. They had told us they would help us resell our vacation plan with no problems...but
That was not the case when we called to request our money back or to want to have this membership
Re-sold they could not help us..very indignantl! If there are other people out there with the same
Problem please contact me via email. I think we should file a class action lawsuit gains LifeStyle
Vacation Resort.

I was awaken by a phone call at 8:00 AM. The guy on the phone told me he wanted to meet my husband and I and give us a welcoming gift. That welcoming "gift" turned into a tour and a sales pitch to get us to buy a time share which we did after having numerous drinks. Their sales technique is really ruthless.
After realizing the big mistake we made, on our fourth day of signing the contract, we called to cancel our membership. they want us to pay over $5,000 for taxes and admin fees and uses of "VIP" service which was horrible. We went to celebrate our honeymoon and it turned into a nightmare. We signed the agreement on october 4th 2015 and called to cancel on the 8th.
Is what they doing even legal? i feel so lost and wish to get my entire investment back.
