Miracle Mangament Group Risk - Management Partners Total RIPOFF! OWE me over 6K. Going on 14-15 weeks for REFUND. Scottsdale Arizona
Where do I begin? I like several others here have tried unsuccessfully get my money retrieved. I had 2 accounts sent to arbitration so of course that raised the amount that I actually owed on those accounts to 1000.00 more than what I started off doing.
They started by first getting the monthly 500.00 bucks out of my account. Then I sold some stuff and had the actual money ready to settle several accounts. I let them know this and I figured let me send them the money for 1 account first and if they settle that account I'll go ahead and send the money for other accounts.
Well I sent the money and nothing happened. I waited..waited..waited and eventually my accounts went to arbitration and I started to get letters from the credit card companies' lawyers saying that I was being sued. I let MMG know and they said, "Just fax us the letters--we'll take care of it". Yeah right! I got more letters saying that everything was in Arbitration and I basically lost since MMG did nothing to help me.
So after I lost those cases and got my debt increased again I decided to settle them on my own and get my money back. Well I first sent a letter at the end of April and of course they did not recieve it. Then I faxed it over and kept emailing them until they confirmed that they received it. I've talked to Christina aka "Finance" department and she said that it would take 6-8 weeks. Here we are going on twice that amount and still nothing.
I've called Hyla Stanton and have recieved no response. For those of you who are trying to get a hold of her here is the extension to save you time going through the company directory: Ext 104. Her email is [email protected] I'm sure her mailbox is full but I've sent emails to everybody and their grandma and have recieved no responses in over 2 weeks.
The only response that was recieved was sent to the Arizona BBB and that took over a month to even respond to them. So if you deciding to try them out I would just call your credit card company and do it yourself because MMG/Risk Management Partners will not be helping you out.
I have extensive emails going back to May that are all from me to them and I might have 4-5 emails from the from then until now. Great percentages I suppose if you are aiming of 0%!

Also failed to mention that their excuse to not refund my money is that they need to recieve power of attorneys from each credit card company. They refuse to tell me whether any of them have been recieved as well as refuse my offer of assisting them get the letter. Which is extremely odd considering that I've already settled most of my accounts so why would the "Credit Card" company not be sending them the infamous letter? I can't believe the will not allow me to help them if they would just provide me some info to do so. They just want to keep my money as long as possible it seems like. If its even there at all anymore.
