Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In August of 2009 I purchased a beautiful 1956 Buick Sedan from a private owner in St. Louis, MO.  I arranged the shipping of this car from St. Louis to Cleveland, Ohio through an agent representing M&M Transport or Rosswell, GA.

The car was picked up in a timely fashion in St. Louis, but was delayed in-between that and delivery.  Driver problems, then a truck mechanical issues was reported.  When the car finally arrived, the shipper had scraped up the rocker panel on the passenger side and into both doors on that side.  Paint scraping were evident in the truck, pictures were taken as the car rolled off the truck, including images of the paint scrapings.

I paid the driver in good faith, filing a damage report with him at the same time.  In hindsight, this was a Really Dumb thing.  But how was I to know what a lost cause this company was, and what a dead-beat its owner was and is.

I got estimates, followed by promises that they would pay me for the repair.  Eventually I took them to small claims court, flying to Atlanta to be told I filed against the wrong entity.  It seems incorporating and using Atlanta's maze of odd county alignments is a great strategy for shady businesses.  I needed just under $1200 to cover the repair, and spent $300 for my trip to Atlanta.

After hearing about the massive financial problems of this company, and the way its owner handles himself, it because apparent that adding to their BBB's F rating and complaining to their agents would do me no good.   This company is to be avoided at all costs.

I covered the cost of the repair out of my own pocket.  It ended up being a very expensive transport arrangement.  I will pick my transport companies more carefully in the future, avoiding scum-bag operators like this and working only with companies that back up their work and their own errors.

I would be wary of any automobile company based in Atlanta until you made sure it wasn't this same worthless guy running yet-another rip-off business under a different name.  For me, it proved to be a terrible gamble, but I had no warning.  Consider this information carefully!
